TO PREPARE - First, please sort through to remove any possible foreign matter. Use one part soup mix and eight parts boiling water. Stir for the first few minutes. Then strong simmer for about one hour. We recommend a heavy soup pot and simmering with the lid on. Add tomato paste or canned Italian seasoned tomatoes for a traditional soup. Add seasonings as you wish. Soup may be modified by adding diced beef, chicken, ham, or lamb.

YIELD - One cup of dry soup mix weighs 1/3 lb and makes about 8 cups of soup when hydrated.

STORAGE - Best if used within 6 months. Store in a sealed, cool, dry location away from sunlight.

INGREDIENTS - Whole Wheat Pasta including ABC's (pasta made with organic whole wheat durum flour, 3% egg whites and water), Barley, Yellow Peas, Green Peas, and the following Dehydrated Vegetables: Carrots, onions, whole kernel sweet corn, celery, leeks, green beans, green bell peppers, and red bell peppers.
